Dr. Naguib EL Helaly
He is considered one of the pioneers in the poultry industry in Egypt, having significantly contributed to its development. Additionally, he played a key role in establishing the General Union of Poultry Producers. Dr. Naguib has held numerous leadership positions, including faculty member at the Faculty of Agriculture - Cairo University and the University of Minnesota, as well as serving as Vice Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture - Cairo University, Vice President of the University, and ultimately becoming the President of Cairo University. He also served as a member of the Shura Council.

The executive director of the company, as he is considered the second generation to manage the group’s companies, in addition to his work as a faculty member at the Faculty of Agriculture - Cairo University, and his membership in the International Association for Poultry Production and the General Union of Poultry Producers.
