Agricultural Engineer - Broiler Sector
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Animal Production/Poultry Department) or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.

- Practical experience in fattening farms is an advantage (1 to 3 years of experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of managing fattening flocks and ventilation and environmental control systems.
- The ability to work in the field and stay at the farm site during the cycle.
- **Production Operations Management:** Managing and operating the fattening barns and monitoring the daily performance of the flock (growth rates, feed conversion, mortality).
- **Data Analysis:** Collecting and analyzing data related to production and performance to improve efficiency, monitor the health status of the flock, and implement vaccination and prevention programs in coordination with the veterinary administration.
- Adjusting environmental conditions inside the barns (ventilation, temperature, humidity, lighting) according to standard criteria.
- Implementing biosecurity measures and supervising the cleanliness of the barns.
- **Communication with Teams:** Coordinating with different work teams to ensure smooth operations.
- **Reporting:** Preparing daily and periodic reports and recording performance data.
- **Quality Monitoring:** Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of production.
