:Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Animal Production/Poultry) or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Recent graduate or 3 years of experience 
• Proficient in using computers
• Practical experience in fattening farms is an advantage (1 to 3 years of experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of managing fattening flocks and ventilation and environmental control systems.
• Ability to work in the field and reside at the farm site during the cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage production operations and manage and operate fattening houses and monitor the daily performance of the flock (growth rates, feed conversion, mortality).
2. Collect and analyze data related to production and performance to improve efficiency and monitor the health status of the flock and implement vaccination and prevention programs in coordination with the veterinary administration.
3. Control the environmental conditions inside the houses (ventilation, temperature, humidity, lighting) according to standard criteria.
4. Implement biosecurity measures and supervise the cleanliness of the houses.
5. Communicate with teams and coordinate with different work teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Provide and prepare daily and periodic reports and record performance data.
7. Quality follow-up to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of production.
